Ghana: Imm. Service personnel given warning on corruption

Personnel of the Immigration Service at the Paga border in the Upper East Region have been warned against extortion and demanding favours from travellers.

In the same vein they should avoid harassing persons detained for offences and rather be courteous to them.

Mr Peter Befio, the new Sector Commander in-charge of Paga, gave the warning during his maiden meeting with personnel.
