Deported Honduran arrested in MS

GULFPORT - A deported man found in Biloxi has been deemed a flight risk and ordered held without bond on a charge of illegal re-entry into the United States.
Court papers show Miguel Angel Benavides-Garcia was convicted on a state charge of aggravated sexual assault in Texas after failing to appear on a federal charge of illegal entry several years ago.
He was deported to Honduras a year ago and turned up in Biloxi on April 10.
